Refund & Cancellation Policy
Great Breads Studio — a practice of Great Breads Clothing, LLC. Last updated June 2026.
Great Breads Studio delivers custom, made-to-order creative work — brand strategy, identity, websites, automation, and the systems around them. Because this work is bespoke and begins the moment an engagement is booked, the terms below govern deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds. By paying an invoice, deposit, or subscription, you agree to this policy.
1. Custom services & deposits
All studio engagements require a deposit to reserve your place in the schedule and begin work. Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your project slot and cover the strategy, planning, and initial creative work that begins immediately upon booking. Once project work has commenced, all payments made are final.
2. Balance & milestone payments
Remaining balances and milestone payments are billed per the agreed project scope. Work delivered against a milestone is considered accepted unless written notice of a specific, scope-defined issue is provided within five (5) business days. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by the client
You may cancel a project at any time with written notice to studio@greatbreadsny.com. Upon cancellation, the deposit is forfeit, any work completed up to the cancellation date is billable at the engagement rate, and amounts already paid are non-refundable. Any unbilled work in progress will be invoiced for time and materials to that point.
4. Cancellation or delay by the studio
In the rare event the studio cannot deliver an engagement, we will either (a) complete an agreed alternative scope of equivalent value, or (b) refund any pre-paid amounts for work not yet performed. The studio is not liable for delays caused by missing client materials, approvals, or access.
5. Digital products
Digital deliverables — including brand books, templates, and downloadable assets — are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, given their nature as instantly usable intellectual property.
6. Consulting sessions (Strategy Sprint, Creative Consulting, paid calls)
Paid sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. Where noted, a paid Strategy Sprint may be credited toward a full engagement booked within thirty (30) days.
7. Retainers & subscriptions (Studio Care, Website Maintenance)
Recurring plans bill monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded, and unused hours or scope do not roll over unless stated in your agreement.
8. Government & institutional engagements
Public-sector and institutional work is governed by the executed contract or purchase order and its stated terms, which take precedence over this policy where they conflict.
9. Chargebacks
Because deliverables and engagements are documented and delivery is tracked, we ask that any billing concern be raised with us directly first. Filing a chargeback on validly rendered services does not void the underlying obligation, and the studio reserves the right to contest it with the supporting record.
10. Questions
For any question about a payment or this policy, contact studio@greatbreadsny.com before disputing a charge — we resolve these quickly and fairly.
